Results of the CHILI Year End Customer Survey 2006
CHILI customers are very satisfied!
We are pleased to be able to start the New Year by sending you good news about the results of our latest customer satisfaction survey. The survey was completed in fall 2006 and a total of 150 users at six hospitals were interviewed. We'd like to take this opportunity to thank everyone who took part in the survey. Here are the main findings:- Approximately 83% of those surveyed use CHILI systems daily.
- 100% of those surveyed said that the system was capable of doing everything they needed in their work. Overall satisfaction was rated as 'good' to 'very good'.
- Our customers were particularly positive about the speed and reliability of the CHILI system, its good design and the low frequency of faults.
- Our hotline was given top marks too. All of those surveyed had already called the hotline at some time and said the support was 'good' to 'very good'.
