New Version of CHILI/Workstation 3.16 released!
To start the new year, we are pleased to present the new version of CHILI/Workstation. See below for details on what's new in the latest version of CHILI. The updates are valid from January 2009 onwards.- MPR
It is now possible to display MPR sections full screen in all three image axes (axial, sagittal, coronal). Using the new buttons in the image viewer it is also possible to switch between the various image axes. - Mouse key configuration
The central and right mouse buttons can now be configured with any tool function by pressing <Shift> + <Tool Button>. The corresponding configuration is indicated by a dot in the middle or to the right below the associated icon in the toolbar. - VOI LUT windowing
For images whose DICOM header includes VOI LUT values, these values are used for windowing. The VOI LUT function can be activated and deactivated. - Displaying the image loading status
The image loading progress is displayed as a dotted bar to the left of the light box. Images that have finished loading are indicated by a wider bar. - Ultrasound images
When viewing ultrasound images, those areas where measurements can be taken are displayed in the image viewer surrounded by a box. - Light box
- Depending on the configuration, it is now possible to load a light box by dragging & dropping an image from the image viewer of another light box.
- If several light boxes are open you can use a button (magnifying glass) in each image viewer to to enlarge the related viewer to work space size, while hiding the other viewers, and back again.
- ROIs
A new option "Delete all ROIs" has been added to the ROI context-sensitive menu. - Folders
You can now assign permissions for opening, filling and deleting folders for the owner or for other users. - Overlays
The time that images were taken is now shown on the overlays as follows:
Hours:minutes:seconds.milliseconds (e.g., 11:29:19.80200).
