The experts from CHILI advise extensively when planning the design of future solutions. Customers benefit from our employees' more than 20 years' experience of successfully implemented projects.
Only after the future concept has been sketched out, the sales team will tailor an offer for the customer's best solution. This solution can be refined jointly until all requirements are met.
After the order has been placed, the experienced project managers will implement the project in a joint interdisciplinary team from customer and vendor. Radiology, the IT department, Medical Technology, radiologic technologists and clinical users are typically part of that team.
The systems to be delivered are commonly pre-installed and pre-configured by CHILI, either on new hardware or in virtual machines. The on-site installation will then take our experienced technicians only a few flicks of the wrist.
After the installation, the monitors commonly have to undergo acceptance testing according to DIN V 6868-57, DIN 6868-157 and the teleradiology systems according to DIN 6868-159. The technicians or users from the customer will be trained for future consistency testing. CHILI will provide the required software and measuring tools.
After an experienced application specialists has accompanied regular operation, the system will enter routine operation. From that point the CHILI Service Team will provide further support of the customer in the case of queries on operation, configuration, diagnosis and troubleshooting, and the Team will also install updates and upgrades.
